
(Patria) - Vice President of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina #RefikLendo today, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity, visited the Home for Children Without Parental Care "Bjelave" in Sarajevo.
Lendo used the visit to hand out New Year's packages for 80 children accommodated in this Home.
The director of the Home "Bjelave", Muhamed Musić, informed Vice President Lendo about the organization and operation of this cantonal institution.
The Home for Children Without Parental Care takes care of children of different ages, providing them with a safe environment and professional assistance for successful development and socialization. The Home currently accommodates 80 children, cared for by a team of professional staff working in three shifts to ensure children grow up in a healthy environment.
On this occasion, Vice President Lendo expressed gratitude to all employees of the Home "Bjelave" for their effort and dedication in providing care for children, and emphasized the importance of social responsibility and solidarity in creating better conditions for the future of all young people.
The visit was also attended by representatives in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH, Kenela Zuko and Džana Šačić.
