Signing of Agreements on Co-Financing Scientific Research Projects

Tomorrow, the signing of agreements on co-financing/financing scientific research and research-development projects in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2014 will be held at the Government building of the FBiH in Mostar, reports the Patria news agency.

The agreements will be signed by the Federal Minister of Education and Science Damir Mašić, rectors of public higher education institutions (universities in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Zenica, as well as the University „Džemal Bijedić“ Mostar and the University of Mostar) and directors of public scientific institutions (Institute for History Sarajevo, Oriental Institute Sarajevo, Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, and the Institute for Research of Crimes Against Humanity and International Law Sarajevo).

Incidentally, in 2014, this ministry supported 42 projects from all six scientific fields (natural sciences, technical sciences, biotechnical sciences, social sciences and humanities, as well as biomedicine and health), for which a total of 500,000 KM was allocated.
