Actions of Cvijanović and Dodik: This is an anti-Bosnian, anti-diplomatic, scandalous campaign against the state of BiH

(Patria) - Regarding the "instruction for action" sent to ambassadors and consuls general of BiH from the RS entity, as well as heads of RS entity representations, by the Chairwoman of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović and the President of the RS entity Milorad Dodik, with the aim of intensifying diplomatic activities to promote the interests and demands of RS entity officials suspected of attacking the constitutional and legal order of BiH, the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada has reacted.

"The scandalous instruction represents yet another confirmation of the anti-state, unconstitutional, destructive actions of Dodik and his followers. At the same time, the instruction for an anti-Bosnian campaign by Dodik's ambassadors around the world is a clear sign of the growing powerlessness of the anti-state, secessionist policy of Dodik and his followers, which has been condemned by a large number of countries worldwide, including Canada.

The instruction is against the interests of the state of BiH and against the interests of all its citizens. The signatories of the instruction are obviously working only to protect their personal positions and interests.

One of the most important goals of this anti-diplomatic campaign is to connect Serbian diplomats and Serbian organizations and communities in the diaspora, especially in Canada, the USA, and some European countries, with the aim of opposing the increasingly strong activities of pro-Bosnian forces in the diaspora that promote the interests of the state of BiH in the world.

This is yet another confirmation of the unconstitutional, destructive, but also desperate actions of the rebel group led by Dodik, blindly followed by his minions.

The signatories of the instruction, which with its scandalous content violates the Vienna Convention, deliberately forget that foreign policy is exclusively within the competence of BiH institutions.

Such abuse of functions drastically violates the BiH Constitution and very dangerously and harmfully for the state of BiH abuses the diplomatic and consular network for the purpose of the secessionist, anti-state, and anti-constitutional actions of Dodik and his helpers.

The anti-Bosnian actions of diplomats from the RS entity, in terms of disrespecting state holidays, disregarding civilizational values such as July 11, and anti-state activities in the domain of promoting BiH on the economic, academic, cultural, and political level, are in the spirit of Dodik's dangerous secessionist policy.

These ambassadors are not interested in BiH citizens in the diaspora who do not share his political views. Ambassadors who are an extension of Dodik are not interested in having a significant number of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora and its organizations and communities participate in promoting BiH's interests in the world.

It is obvious that these ambassadors work for the interests of the RS as a state, not an entity, and that the focus is on promoting the political narrative and policy of the SNSD, against which the whole world stands," the Institute for Research of Genocide Canada points out.
