(Patria) - The Management Board of the Radio Television of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's session, made a decision to file criminal charges against members of the BHRT Management Board Rajko Radovanović, Valentina Rupčić, Elvir Lemeš, and Slavko Rolih, as well as the BHRT General Director Belmin Karamehmedović, BHT Director Mario Vrankić, and BH Radio1 Director Dejan Kerleta.
As stated in the press release of the Management Board of RTV Federation of BiH, the criminal charges are being filed: "due to the arbitrary interruption of broadcasting of both radio and television programs of RTV FBiH".
"In the criminal charges, Karamehmedović, Vrankić, Lemeš, Radovanović, and others are accused of abuse of office, usurpation of authority, intentional infliction of material damage to RTV Federation, and violation of constitutional rights to work and information. The penalties for these offenses range from one to ten years in prison," the statement said.
We remind that BHRT announced last night, and early this morning denied services to RTV Federation, due to which this broadcaster is only airing news and bulletins.
