Latest Information: Favorable Driving Conditions, One-Hour Wait at Doljani

Dry road and favorable driving conditions characterize the traffic situation in BiH, reports the Patria news agency. 

Due to construction works on the intersection on the M-18 main road in Živinice, traffic is being diverted to alternative routes in the immediate vicinity (from the direction of Tuzla via the local road next to the Konjuh furniture factory, and from the direction of Sarajevo via one traffic lane over the aforementioned intersection).

Short delays occur on sections where rehabilitation works are being carried out and where the traffic regime has been changed. We highlight the following routes: Dubovsko-Kulen Vakuf, Konjic-Jablanica-Prozor, Doboj-Gračanica, Bugojno-Novi Travnik, Glavica-Priluka, Čelinac-Kotor Varoš, Čapljina-Stolac, works in Mostar (passage through the city), as well as works on the construction of a roundabout on the approach to Posušje. 

According to information from the Border Police of BiH, at the Doljani border crossing, on the exit from our country, the wait is up to 1 hour. At other border crossings, delays are up to 30 minutes. Due to an electronic failure in the network system in Croatia, at the Velika Kladuša-Maljevac border crossing, only citizens of EU countries are currently being allowed through. Due to works in Croatia, traffic for freight vehicles is banned at the Brčko-Gunja border crossing. 

We appeal to drivers to check all necessary documentation before setting off on their journey, as well as the validity of all documents required for crossing the border, BIHAMK announced.
