(Patria) - JP "Sarajevo" d.o.o. informs citizens that the Sarajevo City Hall and the Trebević cable car will be open to visitors on January 1, 2026, from 12:00 to 17:00. On other days, the facilities will operate during regular working hours, from 09:00 to 17:00.
Also, JP "Sarajevo" has made a decision to reduce the price of a return ticket for the Trebević cable car during January and on religious and state holidays in 2026. The return ticket during this period will cost 4 KM for all residents of Bosnia and Herzegovina, upon presentation of an identification document.
This measure, as they point out in the company, aims to enable a larger number of citizens, especially families with children, students, and young people, to use the Trebević cable car during periods when there is an increased need for recreation and time outdoors. JP "Sarajevo" emphasizes that the decision was made in accordance with the principles of public interest, social responsibility, and accessibility of services to all citizens, and contributes to social inclusion, improvement of quality of life, and development of domestic tourism.
We remind you that the discount for pensioners in Bosnia and Herzegovina is still in effect, who can use a more favorable return ticket price of 4 KM until May 31, 2026.
