Posao.ba is selecting candidates: Lufthansa is hiring workers from BiH

The company Posao.ba has signed an exclusive contract with Lufthansa for the recruitment of candidates for the customer support center in Brno, Czech Republic. Over the next month, the largest BiH employment portal and leading recruitment agency in BiH - Posao.ba will be intensively recruiting and selecting candidates from BiH, reports the Patria News Agency.

Lufthansa InTouch is a global network of Lufthansa service centers headquartered in Berlin. With seven offices in several countries across Europe, Lufthansa InTouch center is responsible for providing customer support for the Lufthansa Group, which offers more than 360 services for about 40 different markets, in more than 20 languages.

Employees of the Lufthansa InTouch customer center are responsible for providing customer support regarding flight bookings, bonus frequent flyer programs, ticket sales, and other services offered by this international company.

The most frequent communication with customers is in German, while a slightly smaller number of calls are in English, which is also the official language for internal communication within the company.

This is an ideal opportunity for young people from BiH with at least a high school education, advanced knowledge of the German language, and a desire to travel and work abroad. In addition to knowledge of the German language, candidates are also required to have excellent communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn.
