Pomozi.ba and the City of Konjic: 100,000 KM each for 15 families who suffered total damage to their homes in floods

(Patria) - In the premises of the City of Konjic on Bosnia and Herzegovina's Statehood Day, contracts worth one and a half million convertible marks were signed for 15 families from Konjic affected by the terrible weather disaster in our country.

These are individual donations of 100,000 KM for families who suffered total damage to their residential buildings.



"The decision on the donation was made after determining the factual situation on the ground that there was complete damage to residential buildings, as well as the proposal submitted by the City of Konjic, which, in addition to expert-technical and administrative assistance in order to faster obtain and issue necessary permits for land purchase or construction, will monitor the realization and implementation of the construction of residential buildings, i.e., houses," Pomozi.ba announced.

The contracts outline three options for resolving housing issues: purchasing a ready-made residential building - real estate, purchasing land for the construction of a residential building, or constructing a residential building on existing land owned by the donation recipient.



This is a tripartite donation agreement, and besides Pomozi.ba as the donor, and the families who are the recipients of the donation, the third contracting party is the City of Konjic.

The contracts were signed by the president of the Pomozi.ba organization, Elvir Karalić, the owners of individual properties, and on behalf of the City of Konjic, Mayor Osman Ćatić.



"With these contracts, we have exceeded the figure of three million convertible marks in direct cash donations to families affected by floods, not including donations of construction materials, fuel, generators, dehumidifiers, PPE, water hoses, home appliances, cars, food, water, donations through machinery, etc.



Contracts for families from Jablanica have already been prepared, and we will start with the realization of signing contracts with them in the coming days," Pomozi.ba concluded.
