Political entities have not yet removed promotional materials, deadline is 15 days from election day

(Patria) - In accordance with Article 7.2 paragraph (4) of the Election Law of BiH, a political entity is obliged within 15 days from the election day to ensure the removal of all advertisements, posters, flyers, and other similar materials from the campaign area, which were used for the purpose of that political entity's election campaign.

The Municipal/City Election Commission in its municipality/city has first-instance jurisdiction for deciding on complaints filed due to violations of the mentioned legal norm.

For violations of Article 7.2 paragraph (4) of the Election Law of BiH, a fine in the amount of 3,000.00 KM to 30,000.00 KM is foreseen.
