The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton, the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (OSA BiH), as well as relevant judicial institutions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) have been informed of this through international police channels. Let us remind you that on the night between November 28 and 29, Muzaferović and his associates murdered Satko Kekić in the suburbs of Ljubljana. Kekić was a Bosnian citizen who had cooperated with the Slovenian police for years in uncovering the drug mafia.

Shortly before the murder, the Slovenian police received information that Muzaferović was planning to kill Kekić.

After being mysteriously released from custody in Germany, Muzaferović stayed in Ljubljana during November, despite several red notices being issued for him (BiH, Croatia, and Italy are looking for him).

Dino Muzaferović Cezar and Satko Kekić had been in conflict for years. The animosity intensified further after a marijuana plantation was discovered near Velika Kladuša, right on the border of BiH and Croatia, in July 2021. The plantation was guarded by criminals from Krajina armed with automatic rifles.

"Dead or alive," read the posters that were plastered on several addresses in Ljubljana a few months ago.

The posters featured a photograph of Satko Kekić, a Bosnian citizen born in Velika Kladuša, who had been convicted of drug trafficking in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After seeing the posters, Kekić fled to BiH. He hid in the forests between Cazin and Velika Kladuša for days. Then he returned to Slovenia, where he was murdered.

According to Istraga's information, Satko Kekić had also reported to the Police Station in Velika Kladuša that Cezar was preparing his murder.

This was after Kekić established cooperation with judicial and police authorities in BiH, promising to reveal all details about the murder of Eldin Ćerimović, a member of Dino Muzaferović's criminal group, who was killed after testifying in the BiH Prosecutor's Office about the marijuana plantation operated by this criminal group.

Kekić then boasted to the investigative bodies in BiH that he was closely cooperating with the Slovenian police, and that based on this, he had received a second identity, i.e., a passport under the name Satko Zovko.

Prosecutor Pašić had information that Muzaferović was also preparing to liquidate witnesses, but took no action. Despite numerous warnings, Eldin Ćerimović was murdered in May 2022. One bullet to the heart, another to the stomach were enough to kill Ćerimović at the crime scene.

He was killed on May 3, 2022, while walking from his home to his workplace in Velika Kladuša.
