Police prevented a clash between Sloga and Željezničar fans

(Patria) - Doboj police confiscated 49 wooden sticks from Željezničar fans today, which were intended for a physical confrontation with Sloga fans, which had been previously arranged via social networks, announced the PU Doboj.

Police officers learned that Željo fans planned riots and entering the field to interrupt the match.

Therefore, before the end of the match, the movement of the mentioned fans was carried out, who, accompanied by police officers, left the area of the city of Doboj.

Doboj police also confiscated one metal telescopic baton, a black "balaclava", a flare, and a bag with speed from Željezničar fans, the statement said.

A misdemeanor procedure will be initiated against one fan in accordance with the laws of the RS on preventing violence at sports events, weapons and ammunition, and the production and trafficking of narcotic drugs.
