Islamic Community's Support for Gaza's Population: After Blankets, Distribution of Clothing and Organization of Classes to Follow

(Patria) - The Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina continues to provide intensive assistance to the endangered population of Gaza, focusing on urgent needs caused by the arrival of colder days.

These days, the distribution of blankets, which are essential for the population due to low temperatures and difficult living conditions, has been successfully carried out on the ground.

In the coming days, partner organizations of the Islamic Community in BiH operating in Gaza will also begin distributing winter clothing.

In addition to this humanitarian aid, and considering that most of the school infrastructure in Gaza has been destroyed, the Islamic Community in BiH, in cooperation with the international organization Human Appeal UK, will work on establishing improvised schools.

The goal of this project is to enable the children of Gaza to continue their education.

The project includes the establishment of improvised schools, provision of meals for students, and distribution of textbooks and teaching aids to facilitate the conduct of classes.

All funds for these projects have been secured thanks to the solidarity of the members of the Islamic Community and the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily through collections and donations.

The Riyaset of the Islamic Community in BiH has announced that a new collection for aid to those affected and endangered in Palestine and Sudan will be organized in mosques across the homeland and diaspora on January 16.
