Following the completion of the investigation, the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton today filed and submitted an indictment against E.M. to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo for confirmation, reports the Patria News Agency.
The indictment was filed due to the existence of a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of lewd acts, the criminal offense of familiarizing a child or minor with pornography, and the criminal offense of satisfying lust in front of a child or minor.
The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton has proposed the extension of custody for E.M. in the indictment, it was announced from the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office.
