
(Patria) - The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against Ahmed Halilović, born in 1997 in Sarajevo, previously convicted, a citizen of BiH.
The accused is charged with, in August 2024, with the intent of obtaining unlawful property gain, illegally mediating in the international sale and transfer of the narcotic drug Amphetamine in the amount of 947 whole and 77 broken tablets with a total net weight of 619.222 grams, as well as a substance with a net weight of 83.910 grams of the narcotic drug Ecstasy (MDMA).
After collecting the shipment from the Netherlands at a post office branch in the Sarajevo Canton area, the found narcotic drugs were seized from the accused by members of the Federal Police Administration following a search.
The accused is charged with committing the criminal offense of unauthorized trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
