Data from the FBiH Tax Administration: Decline in public revenue collection and number of employees

(Patria) - Taxpayers of the Federation of BiH in the period January-February 2026 paid 1,358,946,474 KM in public revenues. Sarajevo Canton leads with 497,908,639 KM for two months.

What is evident is that compared to the same period last year, there has been a decline in public revenue collection in all cantons.

As of February 28, 2026, the number of active business entities with included business units and branches in the Federation of BiH is 134,954, and as of February 28, 2025, the number of active business entities with included business units and branches in the Federation of BiH was 131,899.

The number of employees by place of residence of the employee as of February 28, 2026, is 542,080, while at the end of January it was 542,373 employees.
