(Patria) - The European Handball Championship begins today in Hungary and Slovakia, with the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina participating.
Our national team is placed in an extremely strong Group E with the tournament's top favorite, Sweden, along with Spain and the Czech Republic.
Our team's matches will be played in Bratislava, Slovakia, and our first duel is today against Sweden.
"We would like to record our first victory in the history of European championships; that is one of our goals, and I would be very happy if we manage to achieve it," said BiH coach Obrvan before the start of the championship.
The match starts at 8:30 PM.
