Mini-football tournament "Fis gol 2017" begins

Organised by the Public Institution Centre for Sports and Recreation, the mini-football tournament called „Fis gol 2017“ has begun, reports the Patria agency.

At the open FIS playing field, all generations of young people will compete in five categories (chicks, pre-pioneers, pioneers, cadets and juniors) from the entire Sarajevo Canton area. The Sarajevo Canton Football Association has supported the organisation of the tournament.

Certificates and prizes have been prepared for all winning teams and best individuals.  

The last „Fis gol“ tournament was held in 1990, in which 237 teams participated.

Before the war, the tournament was considered one of the strongest mini-football tournaments in BiH, and it featured legends of Sarajevo football such as Šabanadžović, Janjuš, Odović, Baždarević and others.
