
(Patria) - The trial of former director of the University Clinical Centre Tuzla Denijal Tulumović, his assistant Šefik Husić, owner of the company INEL-MED Marko Tadić, and a private healthcare institution and its director Senada Hujdurović has begun at the Supreme Court of the Federation.
They are suspected of abuse of office or authority, and rigging the tender for the procurement of a linear accelerator worth 8.5 million marks, a key piece of medical equipment for treating oncology patients.
After the indictment was read, the main hearing was adjourned until April 20, when both the defence and the prosecution will present their opening statements, and the first two witnesses will be heard.
