Celtic fans gather in Sarajevo

(Patria) - Football Club Sarajevo will host Celtic at the Asim Ferhatović Hase stadium tomorrow, July 9, as part of the first qualifying round of the Champions League.

There is great interest in the match, and fans from Scotland have also arrived in the capital of BiH. They are mostly enjoying the old part of the city, Baščaršija, as most of them will also take the opportunity to visit Sarajevo's landmarks.

The Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton stated on the official website of the MUP KS that the Police Administration is taking all necessary measures to ensure the security of this match.

"We take this opportunity to call on citizens, and especially fans of the mentioned clubs, to make their full contribution with their behavior so that this significant sports event takes place in a fair and sporting atmosphere," the message from the Police Administration of the MUP KS reads.

FK Sarajevo appeals to fans to secure their tickets for the upcoming Champions League qualifying match against the Scottish champions, Celtic, in time.

Given that the number of tickets sold for the east stand has reached 80% of the permitted capacity, which has been reduced due to the large number of season tickets and white membership cards sold, individual tickets for the mentioned stand can only be purchased at the Bordo Fan Shop.

White membership and season tickets are valid for the match, and special entrances will be open for holders of these cards at the match. Gates C5 on the east, A6 on the west, and D3 on the north, on the right side, will be exclusively for holders of season and white membership tickets.
