Changes begin: Three members of Aluminij's Supervisory Board dismissed

Shareholders of Aluminij, or their proxies, who participated in today's Shareholders' Assembly of Aluminij d.d. Mostar, dismissed, based on a previous decision of the FBiH Government, three members of Aluminij's Supervisory Board who represented the state's share in the company's capital, reports the Patria news agency.  

These are the former president of that body, Mirsad Mujić, and members Mladen Alpeza and Mehmed Jahić. Also, in accordance with the Decision of the FBiH Government, for the three new representatives of the 44% ownership share of the FBiH Government on Aluminij's Supervisory Board, acting in the capacity of officeholders for a period of up to 90 days, Rafael Gagro, Zdenko Klepić, and Dalibor Miloš were subsequently appointed.

We remind you that minority shareholders, i.e., their 44% of capital in Aluminij's Supervisory Board, will continue to be represented by Krunoslav Beljo, Ivica Galić, and Tomislav Krešić, while the 12% ownership share of the Government of the Republic of Croatia will continue to be represented by Ivica Martinić.

At today's Assembly, held under the chairmanship of the proxy of the FBiH Government, Adnan Frljak, the Decision on adopting the Annual Report on Aluminij's operations for 2014, which includes the Financial Report, Auditor's Report, Audit Committee Report, and the Report on the work of the Supervisory Board, was not adopted. The present shareholders, or their proxies, also did not adopt the Decision on the distribution of profit / coverage of Aluminij's loss for the previous year, it was announced from this company.
