SARAJevo, (Patria) - The second session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament has begun in Sarajevo, and the delegates' question time is underway.
The planned agenda includes the rebalance and the FBiH budget execution law, several Constitutional Court decisions, and the Bill on the Rights of Combatants and their Families.
The House of Representatives of this Parliament supported the Budget rebalance and the Bill on the Rights of Combatants and their Families two days ago, and the condition for these laws to enter into force is that the House of Peoples supports them in the same text.
A delegate from the HDZ requested the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Denis Zvizdić, to state his position on the statements made by the Minister for Human Rights and Refugees, Semiha Borovac, regarding the possible accommodation of ISIL members who returned from the battlefield.
Jasmin Duvnjak from the SDA spoke about migration problems and called for better coordination in resolving them, so that the burden of the problem does not fall solely on the Federation, or Krajina.
Delegate Duvnjak reminded that today is the fifth anniversary of the amendments to the FBiH Criminal Code, which punish the denial of genocide and adjudicated war crimes with a sentence of three months to three years.
Tomislav Martinović, the Chairman of the House, informed the delegates at the beginning of the session that delegate Hajrudin Halilović from A-SDA has resigned from that position.
