On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, court bailiffs will enter the apartment of Kemal Čaušević, former director of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, who was arrested in the Pandora operation in June 2014 together with 54 other individuals by order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH on suspicion of organized crime, money laundering, and customs and tax evasion, and will carry out a seizure of property based on a lawsuit by Mehmedalija Osmić, president of the Union of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH, writes the Bosnian news agency Patria.
The seizure of property will be carried out at the address of one of Čaušević's apartments at Mula Mustafe Bašeskije 12 in Sarajevo, based on a judgment that Čaušević lost.
Osmić stated in an interview with the Patria agency that he will attend the seizure, and that Čaušević does not even have to be present because the court bailiffs have a warrant to enter the apartment.
Incidentally, Čaušević was released in September 2014, and to this day it remains unclear whether he has the status of a defendant, witness, or suspect.
