(Patria) - Members of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior, the Judicial Police, and the Agency for Management of Seized Property of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are seizing illegally acquired property on Bjelašnica from suspects in the "Incitat" operation.
This is multi-million property, and in the Aroma building alone, which was built on state land, five apartments owned by suspects in this operation are being seized, one of which is in the informal ownership of Ibro Berilo, the mayor of Trnovo municipality.
In addition to Berilo, his assistant Nađa Milišić, businessman Adis Mulaosmanović, his sister Edina Džigal, and former director of Sarajevo-šuma Nermin Demirović were arrested.
The arrests were preceded by searches at several locations in Sarajevo Canton, including the premises of the Trnovo Municipality and the company LOK-PIL d.o.o. Sarajevo, as well as several other locations on Bjelašnica.
The seizure is being carried out by order of the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo.
