Plenković illegally entered BiH, should he be arrested!?

Andrej Plenković, the Prime Minister of neighboring Republic of Croatia, illegally entered Bosnia and Herzegovina via a non-existent border crossing. True, the Gradiška border crossing is ready, but it is not operational, so Plenković had no right to enter, nor were domestic authorities supposed to let him through that border crossing.

Although he once again proved to be a political dilettante with aggressive intentions, Plenković is not solely to blame in this whole story. The culprits have lined up vertically, from acting Minister of Security Ivica Bošnjak, who admitted in public that he illegally signed the decision for Plenković's entry outside official border crossings. The Director of the BiH Border Police Mirko Kuprešaković is also to blame, as he clearly does not take the state border of our country seriously, allowing Plenković to become one of the few migrants entering BiH illegally from the west.

The question of responsibility, political and criminal, must be raised as soon as possible, because it is unacceptable for the highest officials of our country to treat state matters, and the border issue is one, in this manner.

The reasons for (non)opening of the border crossing are not a matter for Plenković to deal with and for which he is trying to humiliate Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is an internal issue, and the Prime Minister of Croatia has enough official crossings to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Migrant smuggling does not suit a prime minister, but Plenković has taught us that he was never at the level of a prime minister, but is forced to play the role of a Tuđman supporter due to numerous other shortcomings, for the sake of HDZ's policy. But those are his problems.

The problem of Bosnia and Herzegovina is the fact that those who are paid and obliged to enforce its laws do not do so, but on the contrary, they violate them in the most brazen way possible.

The question arises through which border crossing Plenković will return and what if some cantonal police in the Federation decides to check the legality of his stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Given that he entered our country illegally, Plenković would surely be in trouble.

The head of diplomacy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, is also in trouble, who should react to this arrogant behavior of Plenković, if he dares to do so from Dragan Čović.

In summary, the incident directed by Plenković is just one more in a series of evidence why Bosnia and Herzegovina must re-examine relations with the aggressive Croatia, and pro-Bosnian politics with Croatian politics in BiH, because aggressive goals have clearly never left them.
