Petrović: A tough match awaits us, but we hold all the strings in our hands

In the eighth round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željezničar visits Krupa to face the team of the same name, and on that occasion a press conference was held at the club's premises in Grbavica.

Journalists were addressed by coach Slavko Petrović and experienced midfielder Samir Bekrić, Patria reports.

- We have come to a situation where, three rounds before the end, with a minus of 11 points, we are fighting for the title. We hold all the strings in our hands, and we are the ones who have the most say. Especially considering that we have been undefeated in the last 15 matches - said the coach of the table leaders at the beginning.

Petrović emphasized that the reason for the club's good results is the perfect combination of the coaching staff, players, management, fans, and all other people around the club.

- Upon my arrival here, I stated that we need to create a family atmosphere. The unity among the players, management, fans, and legends is at a very high level. When everything functions like that, success is certain. We have had our setbacks, but we quickly bounced back - said Petrović.

The coach of the club from Grbavica stated that he expects a real spectacle during the visit to the city on the Vrbas River.

- We are focused on just one match. We know its importance and significance, and we know what awaits us. Krupa has lost only two home matches. Against us and against Sarajevo, and with a 0-0 draw against Zrinjski, they have failed to score in only those three matches. Krupa will enter the match without pressure, and a spectacle is certainly expected in Krupa on the Vrbas - highlighted the Serbian expert.

Samir Bekrić stated that he expects great support from the fans in Krupa as well, a tough match, but also another victory.

- A very tough match awaits us against a very tricky opponent who showed even at Grbavica that they have a good team. They play on a surface that suits them more than us, but it is up to us to adapt and give our maximum to confirm everything we have done so far. We hope for the support of the fans, who have shown throughout the season that they are our 12th player - said Bekrić.

Coach Petrović will have all players available on Sunday except for captain Zajko Zeba.

The match will be played in Krupa on the Vrbas on Sunday at 5 PM.
