
Today marks the fifth year since the death of one of the most talented BiH basketball players, Amna Fazlić, a player for Zenica's Čelik and a junior national team member of our country.
The international express train, traveling on the route Budapest - Sarajevo, hit Amna Fazlić and Mirza Dedić at the Kamberovića polje location. Mirza sustained severe injuries but survived, while Amna unfortunately lost her battle for life.
The accident occurred at the Kamberovića polje location. Amna passed away shortly after the accident, while Dedić was in critical condition. Amna was and remains the pride not only of her parents, teachers, and friends, but of the entire city.
At the time of the accident, she was attending the third grade of the Second Zenica Gymnasium. Amna Fazlić was born on June 4, 1992, she was an excellent student at the Second Gymnasium, a member of the Women's Basketball Club "Čelik" and the junior selection of the BiH national team. When she died, she was only 18 years old. She passed away four hours after the accident, around one o'clock, on March 29.
