Pećanin: If the BiH Prosecutor's Office Did Its Job, All NSRS Deputies Who Support the Conclusions Would Be Arrested

(Patria) - If the BiH Prosecutor's Office did its job, all NSRS deputies who vote today for conclusions that unequivocally represent an attack on the constitutional order of BiH would be arrested immediately.

Lawyer Senad Pećanin wrote this tonight on his X account, alluding to the conclusions that will most likely be adopted tonight in the assembly of the smaller BiH entity.

These conclusions effectively block the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and, formally, halt its European path.

"If the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina did its job, all deputies of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska who vote today for conclusions that unequivocally represent an attack on the constitutional order of BiH (Article 156 of the Criminal Code of BiH), non-execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Human Rights Chamber or the European Court of Human Rights (Article 239), and obstruction of the judiciary (Article 241) would be arrested immediately.

Fortunately, the state is being taken care of by Nikšić, Konaković and Forto. And, realistically, it's Christmas Eve, snow, New Year's is coming…", wrote Pećanin.

A special session of the NSRS began in Banja Luka, with the agenda item "Information on the erosion of the legal system in BiH through the violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement."
