Pandurević: This is a law of importance for the entire country

The Employers' Association of FBiH welcomes the submission of the Law on Business Companies to the parliamentary procedure, said the director of the Employers' Association of FBiH Mladen Pandurević for the BH news agency Patria (NAP).

- The proposed text of the law is certainly an improvement compared to the current situation. For years, we have been calling for this law, which is of systemic importance for the entire country, to be adopted and harmonized with the social and economic changes that have occurred in recent years – says Pandurević.

He pointed out that the law has had 13 amendments so far, but that a consolidated text has never been made, making it technically very difficult to follow and apply in practice.

- The Employers' Association of FBiH has about 40 amendments for this law, which we have submitted to the relevant ministry. After the public debate begins, we will actively participate and insist on these amendments so that they are included in the text of the law – adds Pandurević.
