Pakistan wants joint investments with BiH in energy, infrastructure, and textile industry

President of Pakistan Mamnoon Hussain stated on Friday that joint investments and ventures in energy production, construction, and the textile industry with Bosnia and Herzegovina are welcome, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

He spoke today with the Chairman of the Presidency of BiH, Dragan Čović, on the margins of the commemoration of the 701st anniversary of China's victory over Japan in World War II.

President Mamnoon emphasized the need for greater official contacts and exchange of experiences between Pakistan and BiH among the people.

The President also said that the volume of Pakistan's trade with BiH has been steadily increasing since 2009, from 289 million dollars to 500 million KM in 2012, but that this is far below the potential both countries have.
