Father, son and his girlfriend distributed heroin in Sarajevo for at least a year

Merhudin Mehović, Alen Mehović and Ajla Veljan, who were arrested in an operation by the MUP KS at the order of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office KS, will be handed over to the prosecuting attorneys, after which a decision will be made on proposing further measures, the Prosecutor's Office KS announced:

- The mentioned individuals are suspected of having, over a longer period of at least one year, in the area of the Alipašino Polje settlement in Sarajevo, organized the resale and sale of the narcotic drug heroin to a larger number of consumers, thereby committing, as part of a group, the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs under Article 238, paragraph 2, in conjunction with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of F BiH, in concurrence and as a prolonged criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs under Article 238, paragraph 2, in conjunction with Articles 54 and 55 of the Criminal Code of F BiH - the statement reads.
