One-month detention ordered for Almer Inajetović, suspected of extortion

(Patria) - At the proposal of the acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo ordered one-month detention for Almer Inajetović.

The arrest of the suspect was preceded by special investigative actions, and the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office charges him with the criminal offenses of usury and extortion.

He is suspected of extorting 100,000 KM through threats since 2018, after the injured party had returned the borrowed money.

Detention was ordered for the suspect due to the risk of influencing witnesses, concealing evidence, obstructing the criminal investigation, and due to the risk of recidivism. The investigation in the case is ongoing.
