SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Police officers of the Kotor Varoš Police Station on Tuesday acted on a report that in the hall of the hotel “Sveti Petar”, where a quarantine for persons from the territory of the Kotor Varoš municipality is temporarily located, a person with initials M. B., placed in quarantine, physically attacked the quarantine chief by striking him in the face.
“The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office was informed of everything, who stated that it is a criminal offense of 'Bodily harm', and that after the case file and medical documentation from the injured party are completed, a report should be submitted to the prosecutor's office,” the Banja Luka Police Administration announced.
The Banja Luka Police Administration appeals for responsible behavior by persons placed in quarantine and compliance with the measures of the RS Emergency Headquarters, as well as doctors' recommendations, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), because only in this way can they protect their own lives and the lives of people around them.
