Eight security-risk illegal migrants to be deported from BiH

(Patria) - The Service for Foreigners' Affairs has continued to implement enhanced operational activities aimed at preserving security and public order in temporary reception centers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the implementation of operational measures at the Temporary Reception Center Blažuj, Service officers identified eight foreign nationals of security interest who are illegally present in Bosnia and Herzegovina, originating from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Egypt.

Given the established facts and assessments, the aforementioned individuals have been issued deportation orders from the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after which they were placed under supervision at the Immigration Center in Istočno Sarajevo, in accordance with the Law on Foreigners.

The Service for Foreigners' Affairs calls on citizens to, in order to jointly contribute to security and legality, report all illegal and unregistered facilities used for the unlawful accommodation of foreigners.

Reports can be submitted to the competent field centers of the Service throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
