Indictment against Radončić and others: 27 witnesses, findings of four experts, 160 material evidence

The Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Head of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH has filed an indictment against Radončić Fahrudin, Dautbašić Bakir, Šahman Bilsena and Hadžijahić Zijad, it was announced from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, reports Patria.

- The mentioned persons are accused of, among other things, organizing and becoming members of an organized group of people, which was organized and led by Fahrudin Radončić, and by their actions, mutual agreement and interconnected actions, in the period from 14.12.2015 to 12.01.2016, committed criminal offenses:

Radončić Fahrudin, criminal offenses Association for the Commission of Criminal Offenses (Art. 249. CC BiH), Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241. CC BiH) and Giving a Reward or Other Form of Benefit for Trading in Influence (Art. 219.a CC BiH)

Dautbašić Bakir, criminal offenses Association for the Commission of Criminal Offenses (Art. 249. CC BiH), Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241. CC BiH) and Giving a Reward or Other Form of Benefit for Trading in Influence (Art. 219.a CC BiH)

Šahman Bilsena, criminal offense Association for the Commission of Criminal Offenses (Art. 249. CC BiH), Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241. CC BiH)

Hadžijahić Zijad, criminal offenses Association for the Commission of Criminal Offenses (Art. 249. CC BiH), Obstruction of Justice (Art. 241. CC BiH) and Giving a Reward or Other Form of Benefit for Trading in Influence (Art. 219.a CC BiH)

The prosecutor will prove the allegations from the indictment and the guilt of the mentioned persons by hearing 27 witnesses, the findings of four expert witnesses, and by submitting more than 160 material evidence - say the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
