Defendant Nijaz Salamović Removed from Position of Director of Company 'Rad': Successor Announced

(Patria) - The Supervisory Board of the Sarajevo company 'Rad' at yesterday's session made a decision to remove Nijaz Salamović from the position of director, Hayat.ba reports.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board of 'Rad' made a decision to appoint Maide Čukojević as acting director of this company, with the obligation of the Supervisory Board to conduct a competitive procedure for the selection and appointment of a director in the meantime.

We remind that the Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment against Nijaz Salamović and seven other persons.

Salamović came to this position as a cadre of NiP, and is accused of having committed criminal acts of abuse of position or authority, forgery of official documents, fraud, and forgery of documents.
