Opposition parties in RS without agreement on candidates for President of RS and member of BiH Presidency

(Patria) - The meeting of opposition parties SDS, PDP, Narodni front, and Lista za pravdu i red in Banja Luka ended without many details for the media. Nebojša Vukanović, Branko Blanuša, Jelena Trivić, and Draško Stanivuković attended the meeting with their associates.

The topic of candidacies for two positions in the upcoming elections logically imposed itself as one of the most important.

Nebojša Vukanović, president of Lista za pravdu i red, explicitly reiterated his earlier positions that the candidates should be Branko Blanuša for President of RS and himself for member of the BiH Presidency from Republika Srpska.

Jelena Trivić mentioned that she believes she should be the Prime Minister if the opposition comes to power after the elections, while they are willing to have Draško Stanivuković be the candidate for member of the Presidency.

It was agreed that another meeting would be held to try to reach an agreement.

Nebojša Vukanović announced a video on his channel after the meeting in which he announced further meetings, and confirmed that he supported Branko Blanuša's candidacy for President of RS as a man who has already won but had his victory stolen.
