DENIED GENOCIDE AGAIN Milorad Dodik wrote to Đukanović

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik sent a letter yesterday to the President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović, in which he stated that the invitation to Đukanović to attend the commemoration in Potočari on July 11 this year was unilaterally sent by the member of the BiH Presidency, Šefik Džaferović.

He stated that this was never discussed at a Presidency session, and therefore it "did not take a stance on the matter," Beta reports, as conveyed by CdM.

Dodik assessed that by sending the invitation, Džaferović abused his function and the institution of the BiH Presidency, thereby deceiving both statesmen and ambassadors to whose addresses the invitations were sent.

"The qualifications of the tragic events in Srebrenica, stated by Džaferović in his invitation letter, and which you also presented in the same way, are absolutely unacceptable, one-sided, and certainly do not contribute to the process of reconciliation," Dodik wrote in a letter to the Montenegrin president.

He assessed that Đukanović, with his positions, "sided exclusively with the representatives of one nation" and that, by "interfering in the internal affairs of BiH, he further damaged the already complex internal relations in BiH."

Dodik does not give up on denying the genocide in Srebrenica, despite the verdicts of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

We remind you that this year, July 11, will mark a quarter of a century since the Srebrenica genocide, the greatest crime in Europe after World War II.

A large number of international officials are expected to attend the commemoration.
