Municipal Court in Sarajevo rules that Borić did not slander Magoda when she called him a violent person

(Patria) - Minister of Culture and Sports of Sarajevo Canton (KS) Kenan Magoda (SDP) lost a lawsuit against former SDP official Besima Borić.

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo issued a ruling declaring the defamation lawsuit unfounded, and Borić shared the document of the ruling on her Facebook profile.

- Who says the court is not fair? Finally, the request of Minister of Culture Magoda, who sued me for alleged defamation that he is a violent person, has been rejected. Long live the fighters against violence, long live my supporters, long live my lawyer, long live the judge who made the ruling - wrote Borić, as reported by Faktor.

As stated in the ruling, Magoda sued Borić because she said that "SDP nominated a violent person for minister" and sought 8,000 KM in damages for defamation.

The court ordered Magoda to pay Borić 1,620 KM for court costs.
