On the occasion of the great Jewish holiday of Passover, the Mayor of Municipality Centar Dževad Bećirević and the Chairman of the Municipal Council Centar Nedžad Ajnadžić extend, on behalf of the Municipality and in their own names, congratulations to all Jews in Bosnia and Herzegovina and personally to the President of the Jewish Community in BiH Jakob Finci, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
The Municipality Centar, as is traditional, instead of sending individual congratulations on the occasion of state and religious holidays, makes donations for humanitarian purposes. On the occasion of Passover, the Municipality Centar donated 1,000 KM to the Association for the Support of Children with Hearing and Speech Impairments 'Eho'.
On the occasion of the great Catholic holiday of Easter, the Mayor of Municipality Centar Sarajevo Dževad Bećirević and the Chairman of the Municipal Council Centar Nedžad Ajnadžić extend congratulations to all Catholic faithful in Bosnia and Herzegovina and personally to the Archbishop of Vrhbosna, Cardinal Vinko Puljić.
On the occasion of Easter, the Municipality donated 1,000 KM to the Association of Parents of Severely Ill Children in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
