Exercise 'Dynamic Response 24-4' Concluded at BiH Armed Forces Combat Training Ground

(Patria) - The evaluation exercise "Dynamic Response 24-4" according to the NATO Operational Capability, Evaluation, and Feedback concept, involving members of commands and units of the 4th Infantry Brigade and attached elements from other BiH Armed Forces units, successfully concluded today at the BiH Armed Forces Combat Training Centre in the barracks "Mika Bosnić" Manjača.



In attendance were the Chief of the Joint Staff of the BiH Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Gojko Knežević, Deputy Chief for Resources of the BiH Joint Staff, Major General Mirsad Ahmić, Deputy Chief for Operations, Major General Tomo Kolenda, Commander of the BiH Armed Forces Support Command, Major General Zdravko Rezo, Deputy Commander of the BiH Armed Forces Support Command for Operations, Brigadier Jasmin Čajić, as well as representatives from EUFOR and NATO in BiH.

The objective of the exercise was to assess the readiness and training in conducting a wide range of operations and to demonstrate the operational capabilities of the members of the 4th Infantry Brigade of the BiH Armed Forces.



Within the framework of the external evaluation exercise "Dynamic Response 24-4," a new concept of institutional external evaluation of operational capabilities, commands, and units of the BiH Armed Forces will be applied according to the NATO Operational Capability, Evaluation, and Feedback (OCC E&F) concept, aiming to achieve interoperability with NATO standards.

During the exercise, members of the BiH Armed Forces demonstrated an exceptional level of training, professionalism, dedication, and commitment.



During the exercise, live firing with personal weapons and mortars, combat in urban settlements, and medical evacuation were conducted.

The operational capabilities of the BiH Armed Forces members were presented, which is one of the reasons why the command leadership always observes the execution.



The exercise took place from June 3 to June 10, 2024.
