Second Extraordinary Session of the FBiH House of Representatives Concluded, All Proposals Supported

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The second extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of FBiH began today. 

The following agenda was adopted. 

The agenda includes the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electricity under urgent procedure, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Financial Consolidation of Companies, and the Proposal for a Decision on granting consent to amendments to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH and amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for this year, as well as the Decision on the method of executing the Rebalance of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH. 

Before the representatives is also the Proposal for a Decision on accepting the Loan Agreement between BiH and IBRD for this year. 

The last item is the Proposal for a Decision on accepting the debt under the Framework Loan Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and BiH for the implementation of the project “Construction of the Plava Voda Regional Water Supply System”. 

The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Electricity, under urgent procedure, received the support of the representatives without debate.

The Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Financial Consolidation of Companies also received support with 60 votes in favor, six abstentions, and eight against.

The representatives also supported: the Proposal for a Decision on granting consent to amendments to the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH and amendments to the Financial Plan of the Federal Solidarity Fund for this year, the Decision on the method of executing the Rebalance of the Financial Plan of the Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of FBiH, the Proposal for a Decision on accepting the Loan Agreement between BiH and IBRD for this year, and the Proposal for a Decision on accepting the debt under the Framework Loan Agreement between the Council of Europe Development Bank and BiH for the implementation of the project “Construction of the Plava Voda Regional Water Supply System”.
