OHR and Schmidt silent on the destruction of the Dayton Peace Agreement

The Office of the High Representative and High Representative Christian Schmidt have not yet commented after the decision of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska and the adoption of the Law on Non-application of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH in that entity, which is the biggest blow to BiH since the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Only the US Embassy commented on Tuesday evening, while there is a disturbing silence from the OHR, which is supposed to protect Dayton.

The Delegation of the European Union has not commented either. The BiH Prosecutor's Office is also silent. They have not responded to media inquiries yesterday or today as to whether they will take any action after this anti-Dayton activity.

Citizens of BiH are rightly asking what happens after yesterday. Does BiH exist as a state, or are we returning to the Republic of BiH, and who will declare it.

Milorad Dodik, Željka Cvijanović, and all those who supported this anti-state law yesterday must be held accountable for the destruction of the constitutional order.

The Quint should have met today already, as they held meetings at the Presidency of BiH for much smaller issues. If these countries do not come out with a clear stance tomorrow and demand the prosecution of Dodik and all the members of parliament, then it is clear that their plan to destroy BiH has been tacitly approved.

It will also show that Schmidt is indeed only the High Representative for FBiH and that he himself has divided the state of BiH with his behavior.
