(Patria) - President of NES Nermin Ogrešević remembered Izet Nanić, General of the Army of RBiH, commander of Bužim and a hero of the liberation war, who died on August 5, 1995.

Ogrešević stated in a post on his Facebook that on this day, 28 years ago, silence fell over every inch of Krajina.

"We, the fighters of the Fifth Corps of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, silently continued our liberation campaigns that day, but all our pride was colored by the sadness of the loss of Commander Izet Nanić.
