(Patria) - Organized by the Association of Anti-fascists and Veterans of NOR of Maglaj, and with the support of the Ministry for Veterans' Affairs of ZDK, a traditional knowledge quiz was held on the occasion of November 25, BiH Statehood Day, titled "Faces from the Margins of Bosnian History".
The team from "Novi Šeher" Elementary School won first place among elementary school students, while the "Vječna Bosna" team from "Edhem Mulabdić" Gymnasium won in the high school category.
Organizers emphasize that nuances decided the winners and that all students showed commendable knowledge of the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the elementary school category, the First Elementary School Maglaj also participated, while in the high school competition, two teams from the Maglaj Mixed Secondary School competed under the names "Ljiljani" and "Elektro fanatici".
- The quiz was an excellent opportunity for younger generations to demonstrate their knowledge of Bosnian history. The Ministry will continue to support such projects in the future - said the Minister for Veterans' Affairs of ZDK, Adnan Sirovica.
