SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo has ordered a one-month detention for Dario Delibašić, confirmed by the spokesperson of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, Azra Bavčić.
„Detention was ordered due to the risk that the suspect, if at liberty, could influence witnesses, conceal evidence, and due to the risk of repeating the criminal offense,“ Bavčić explained.
Delibašić was arrested on Friday on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of kidnapping.
