Almost four million KM approved for linking the service of mine workers

(Patria) - The Government of the Federation of BiH, at today's session in Sarajevo, upon the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, adopted the Decision on the payment of outstanding unpaid obligations for pension and disability insurance for linking the service of workers of affiliated companies - coal mines in the EPBiH Concern.

With this decision, a total of 3,963,355.79 KM is approved for linking the service for unpaid contributions for pension and disability insurance for 101 workers who have met the conditions for retirement.

Of the total amount, the Kreka Coal Mine d.o.o. Tuzla is approved an amount of 1,005,265.83 KM for 32 workers, Kakanj Brown Coal Mines d.o.o. Kakanj 989,611.72 KM for 27 workers, Breza d.o.o. Breza 427,081.45 KM for eight workers, and Zenica d.o.o. Zenica 1,541,396.79 KM for 34 workers.

These funds will be paid from the funds of affiliated companies - coal mines in the EPBiH Concern. The public company Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo, affiliated companies - coal mines in the EPBiH Concern, the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, and the FBiH Tax Administration are tasked with implementing this decision.

As stated, among other things, in the explanation, the adoption and implementation of this decision is necessary in order to enable the continuation of the restructuring process of affiliated coal mine companies.
