SARAJevo, (Patria) - Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH Government Fadil Novalić should leave the premises of the Court of BiH as the proposal of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH for a one-month detention has been rejected. His lawyer Vasvija Vidović could not confirm this decision, stating that she had not received any decision nor had Prime Minister Novalić contacted her.
The decision for Fahrudin Solak and Fikret Hodžić, directors of FUCZ and Srebrena malina, who are suspected of several criminal offenses related to the procurement of 100 ventilators from China for 10.5 million KM, is still unknown.
Defense attorneys stated at last night's hearing, which lasted until the early morning hours, that their clients were unlawfully detained at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH because the legal deadline for submitting a proposal to the Court of BiH for detention had already expired.
Novalić rejected the accusations made against him by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, saying he would sentence himself if they were true. He had been refusing food and water since Thursday evening.
Numerous news crews located in front of the Court of BiH building have not recorded the exit of any of the three from either entrance/exit.
