
(Patria) - The proposal of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina to impose restrictive measures on Ljubiša Petrović, the mayor of Bijeljina, has been rejected, "Nezavisne novine" has confirmed.
"The District Court in Bijeljina issued a decision rejecting the proposal of the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Bijeljina to impose restrictive measures on the suspect LJ.P.," it was stated for "Nezavisne novine" from the District Court in Bijeljina.
Ljubiša Petrović, let us recall, was arrested on Friday and then handed over to the Bijeljina Prosecutor's Office. This Prosecutor's Office decided not to request detention for Petrović, but to propose restrictive measures, but the court decided not to impose them either.
