From constitutional (dis)loyalty to a frozen conflict of statehood!

The deception is that the international community intends to stop Milorad Dodik in his secessionist campaigns with the ultimate goal of separating Republika Srpska on 49 percent of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Whether we are talking about the OHR, the EU Delegation, the omnipresent emissaries of democracy from Western embassies, or the institutions of the EU, USA, Great Britain themselves… the conclusion is unanimous.

And that conclusion should be an alarm, like those weather alerts warning us of dangerous phenomena, from high temperatures to storms. Because the temperature in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been significantly lowered by the narrative of false reconciliation and cooperation from the one that is actually burning the constitutional and legal order, statehood, and the existence of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The storm that threatens the disintegration of Bosnia and Herzegovina has long been in a serious whirlwind, and it is a deception to think it will subside when Milorad Dodik is paid the millions he stole, thus impoverishing the Republika Srpska entity, and now demands money to maintain social peace. Because Dodik pursued anti-state and secessionist plans even when millions flowed to him from the West and the East, so it is impossible to expect that a paltry few tens or hundreds of millions of KM will stop him.

The phases in which Dodik is pushing the path of destroying the internationally recognized state of Bosnia and Herzegovina have carried seemingly completely different crises that have paralyzed the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All these phases are actually planned and connected in detail, so Dodik has transformed over time from a storm that causes some fear into a hurricane that threatens to sweep away irrevocably everything that has been built in Bosnia and Herzegovina for three decades.

Thus, Dodik, from the phase of denying and negating the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its international subjectivity, and blocking its constitution, has entered the phase of constitutional disloyalty, thanks to direct Western assistance.

When he realized that the Westerners, in an attempt to resolve "Bosniak nationalism," had removed all the barriers he had previously faced, Dodik openly moved to transform the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina into an ethnic institution where decisions would be made based on the principle of entity interests. Dodik knew this would not work at first, so he made a backup plan according to which decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH would not be implemented on 49 percent of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

THAT IS ALREADY SECESSIONISM!

But neither the emissaries of democracy from the West, who lie in fear of a possible conflict while supporting the statehood and territorial integrity of BiH, wanted to see this, nor did they even consider stopping the internal aggressor under Putin's flag, while spending billions to stop Putin in Ukraine.

IT IS A DECEPTION to think that such mediocrities, diplomats of the lowest level, who try to build careers on our destinies or revive them for future times, will defend our country. That is why they are pushing for compromise with the aggressor Dodik, while pushing cluster munitions on Putin!

SELF-DECEPTION is to expect protection from the disintegration of the state and new refugee camps from those who saw Dodik as a European, a conciliatory person, a secessionist, which, besides the disappearance of the state, would lead to the disappearance of Bosniaks as a political nation.

BOTH DECEPTION AND SELF-DECEPTION is to think that we can stop all of the above through elected representatives who have refused to be accomplices to Dodik's secession. That deception and self-deception is tantamount to suicide.

Because of all this, Dodik is on the verge of realizing a frozen conflict of statehood, which will open enough cracks in the constitutional and legal order and institutional organization of BiH, and thus he will be able to complete his secessionist mission.

Instead of the CRAZY EXPECTATION of self-deceiving pro-Bosnian/Bosniak forces that remained outside the Western project of breaking up Bosnia and Herzegovina, these forces must regroup. And regrouping includes strengthening with fresh political blood that will find modalities for successfully opposing Dodik's campaigns.

If the encampment and occasional signaling with flares in statements continues, there will be no need for analysts, intellectuals, or fortune tellers. We will see our destiny very soon in real time.

And, the fate of the self-deceived is a heavy one!
