State of Emergency in RS from Tomorrow

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The caucuses of delegates in the Council of Peoples of the Republika Srpska considered the Decision on the early entry into force of the Decision on declaring a state of emergency on the territory of the Republika Srpska and the Decision on declaring a state of emergency on the territory of the Republika Srpska.

The caucuses of delegates in the Council of Peoples noted that these acts do not affect the vital national interest of any constituent people in the Republika Srpska.

The Decision on declaring a state of emergency should be published in the Official Gazette today, thus coming into force tomorrow.

Earlier, the NSRS adopted the decision on declaring a state of emergency in order for some decisions to be made faster, and in this way, the President of RS, Željka Cvijanović, will be able to adopt acts that will have the force of law.
